Do you offer recycled packaging options?

All of our board packaging options are made from 35% post consumer waste. The inks and coatings we use are made from soy which means they are totally recyclable and biodegradable. Unlike others who put harmful UV coatings on their packaging, we only use Eco-Friendly, biodegradable inks and coatings.

What is the difference between Duplication and Replication?

Good question! Duplication is the process of burning the discs in Tower duplicators onto CD Recordable Discs or DVD Recordable Discs. Replication on the other hand is the actual manufacturing of the discs themselves. There is a threshold around 700 or so where it more economical to go with replication.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typically we run about 6 to 7 days. Of course this is a varying factor dependant on quantity, how complicated the project is, the source files and art files that you supply, etc.

What are the benefits of your Gracenote CDDB upload services, and are they really free?

Yes, they are free. The advantage of this service is that when your CD is placed into either a computer to be played on iTunes, or in an automobile with todays newer CD players, your artist information and track names will appear on the screen.

How do you keep your pricing so low and your delivery times so fast?

We actually manufacture everything in house. The packaging, the Duplication, the Audio Mastering, and the fulfillment are all done right here in our facility.
